Longdagen 2020

--------------LONGDAGEN 2020 CANCELLED--------------

Longdagen 2020 has unfortunately been cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. The event will not be postponed to a moment later in the year, as schedules are often relatively full already and many other events might be postponed to the last months of the year. We are discussing possibilities and financial consequences and will keep you updated via the website. Thank you for your understanding.

--------------ORIGINAL INFORMATION--------------

This year the NRS is organizing a plenary program. You can hear about the latest developments in exposure research, mechanisms of chronic lung disease, the microbiome, the vasculature of the lungs, and experimental models. You will also have the opportunity to learn the best ways to promote yourself and your research on social media.

The four best abstracts that are submitted will be selected for an oral presentation at the main stage and compete for the best oral presentation award. The other accepted abstracts will be invited to present a poster during our unopposed poster session. The posters will be grouped in themes and each theme will have a moderated discussion time. There will be a prize for the best poster in each theme.

In addition, the NRS Young Investigator Board will present a dedicated session for young researchers (PhD students and Postdocs) to boost your further career, and more …
